John checked the flashing on the chimney & took a picture to show me that it is attached securely, even with the ripple. He also checked the vent pipe flashing & that too is secure. He also secured the siding trim by the kitchen door which was missing a nail. He also checked the gutters in the front of the house. He advised that they are secure, but recommended they be replaced. I wish to express my thanks and appreciation to Matt Basden who did an excellent job on the repairs needed around the house. I wish to comment his professionalism and initiative. I contacted PJ Fitzpatrick to fix a section of loose capping which hold the eaves under the roof. Matt, who came to perform the repair also noticed that one of my shutters had come off due to the wind. Matt offered to also re-install the shutter and quarter round shutter.
