Of all the roofers I have called, PJ Fitzpatrick was the only one to get back to me—and they did it promptly. I was very impressed with their customer service and the representative who came to our home was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. While they were not able to resolve all my issues (part of my roof is metal roof and they are currently in the process of expanding their offerings to include metal roofs) I was glad they came to help (as they told me I would be!).
