After seeing all their great reviews, I was hoping to get a quote from them on a door and window replacement. But they cancelled on me twice within hours of the appointment, and moved the appointment 2-3 weeks into the future. After the second time I said I wasn't interested anymore. I get that unexpected things happen, but to have this happen twice, and not be offered a clear explanation or a timely replacement appointment feels like a waste of my time.
