Set up an appointment to have them take a look at some siding and roof repairs I have to make to close on selling my house. I was told the entire roof needed to be replaced to make the repair, the siding would have to be replaced, and the front door would have to be replaced. Very punctual and friendly but there was a lack of understanding and communication on the schedules part into terms of what I was asking for. The repair technician showed up and couldn't do or even provide an estimate for what I wanted. The tech did his best to help with what he could and got me rescheduled for the replacement services that I was requesting.
