We had a leak from a falling shingle. Bay fixed the shingle and did an inspection of the rest of the roof. I felt that they were very honest and helpful and would use them again in the future. There was no charge for the work.
Ray was right on time and very professional. We briefly chatted about the issues I was experiencing then he did a full inspection of our roof. Upon completion he shared his findings with pictures. We hashed out an immediate stop-gap repair as well as a long-term solution. Ray was super friendly and very helpful. Great visit.
Had some small gutter / roofing items that needed work. Erich from PJ Fitzpatrick came out to the house twice in the same day and addressed the issues quickly. He also offered good advice for other areas where he saw wear and tear and took care of those. He took the time to take pictures on his phone and showed me damaged areas and wasn't pushy on having me agree to have them fixed. He was honest and helpful.
