PJ Fitzpatrick installed my entry door about 10 years ago. I called them to repair the weather stripping which had failed (the weather stripping on this door had only a 1-year warrantee). Their repairman, Kevin, replaced the weather stripping as a courtesy at no charge. John came on time, fixed my immediate problem quickly, and gave me an estimate for fixing another problem. This company gives the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Recently, John came back to fix another problem; this was a difficult area of leaking, and he warned me that his solution wasn’t guaranteed...well, it worked! The leak is fixed!!! You can’t go wrong with P.J. Fitzpatrick.

Dan was very polite and informative. He installed my moms side door and cleaned up all the trash associated with the job before he left. Dan explained the locking system, showed us the installed door and repairs that he completed. He asked us if we had any questions. Dan was always professional and thorough.

Lance arrived on time, gave me a detailed rundown of the day's activities, and worked hard all day to complete the project on time. At the end of the project, Lance answered all of our questions. The new bath turned out awesome - we are thrilled! Lance and Luke worked together as a great team - no wasted time! I highly recommend them!!
