Josh Penn is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He and his team did a shower install with a bench seat after removing my tub. Unfortunately due to the size of the shower and where my husband wanted the seat it was not user friendly for someone that was not handicapped. I had a fold up teak seat installed by Josh and his team. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and work!! As for the management team they get a 4. PJs sent Mike Bradford out next day when my roof was leaking and took great care of us. He is super knowledgeable and gave us back our piece of mind. Super friendly, kept everything clean and the work done was quality. 10/10! Hopefully we don't need any more roof repair but if we do I know who to call.
