Excellent workmanship, by two plumbers Nick and Jon. Very knowledgeable.
HOWEVER,upon use,I found that the switch for the handheld shower is on top upper one! I cannot reach it! Mr. Poarch should have noted that I use a walker and checked for correct shower. I told plumber, inspection people, emailed, did a survey. You need to come back and correct this ASAP. I have a jury-rigged wire on it now.
We had PJ Fitzpatrick out to replace our front door/sidelights and they did a phenomenal job of dealing with special requests, handling our unique circumstances (our son had just returned home from the hospital following brain surgery, and they were happy to wear masks so as to alleviate any possible infection concerns we had), and communicating with us through the entire process. We’ve already had multiple neighbors comment on how great it looks!
