Never got past customer service. Was told to get an estimate at night my wife "had" to be there otherwise they wouldn't bother coming out. My wife doesn't care about the roof, only that it's fixed. I'm the customer, and if the customer wants an evening appointment by himself you give it to him. Then Beth hung up on me. Very unhappy with this unprofessional attitude.
FYI everyone I know says they do great work, but the price is high. I'm willing to pay for that but not be treated like this.
The tech was great, very professional and seemed knowledgeable. The prices were ridiculous compared to others, at least double. It also costs 65 dollars for an estimate for work to be performed on your home, what is that? Therefore, I cannot recommend them nor would I ever call them for any work to be done.
