Eric my representative was on time very polite and courteous. He answered any questions that we had. He did move very quickly and carefully. Thereof was something that I misunderstood , which was I thought cleaning the gutters would include flushing the gutters. But it definitely did not. They also charged much more than I had expected

Asked about repairing a storm door. Got a $3,700 estimate. When in reality our insurance claim adjuster came out a week after and estimated us at $1,200. And put in as much possible replacement needs as she could to see where they got this number from . The adjuster and my conclusion came to PJ Fitz Patrick either did not feel like doing the work or they just wanted me to go with option B of replacing the whole door which is very not needed . Thumbs down to the racket

Like always, a friendly agent arrived on time, and provided a quick but thorough roof evaluation. The recent windstorm blew off a few shingles, so they were replaced with materials that easily matched existing roof. Will use again, and gladly recommend.
