Front and back door repairs were done. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly, easy to communicate with Technician. LaMott made me feel like my concerns were important to him and he did everything within his power to accomplish that. Our bathroom remodel came with a lifetime warranty. We have had two minor issues and on both occasions a service representative scheduled a visit, came on time, fixed the problem, and left the bathroom in excellent, clean condition.
