I had my 20yr old builders grade tub and shower replaced with the Jacuzzi walk in. When I called, my appointment for estimate was conveniently a few days later. They provided a nice presentation and had sample materials on hand for my selection. My installation was completed exactly one week after receiving my estimate. I was still on a waiting list for a contractor 5 mths out!
