I feel that the cost of the existing shower remodel ($14,717.00) through Costco/PJ Fitzpatrick is significantly higher compared to outside options, including Home Depot, Lewis, and other remodeling companies. After signing the agreement, I looked into the pricing further and realized it was a mistake to proceed with Costco. Tyler arrived first and reviewed expectations. The before shutting off the water laid out drop cloths from the entryway to the master bath. As David and Sean arrived work began choreographed like a ballet. Each person supported the others and when all weren’t needed started on the next step. Brad was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was unable to correct the problem since it was structural and outside of their scope. But he did try to resolve the issue and did not charge for his efforts. He gave advice on what needs to be done and located some nearby resources. Very positive experience.
