Our neighbor had them do a remodel. The workers set up a workstation on our property without permission. No big deal. But when they done they didn’t clean up AT ALL. Sawdust, paint chips, caulk etc. They aren’t local so they won’t be back.
Though the quality of the windows and installation seemed to be acceptable, we were greatly disappointed overall. The windows were very expensive and the day after install we noticed condensation at the seam of our double hung windows. We completed an in-house survey stating the same and requested that someone contact us, but 3 weeks later no one has be in touch.
