The representative/installer was professional and respectful of my time. Details and options for fixing one broken window were explored which was appreciated as other companies would not attempt repair and only wanted to complete the job if there were multiple replacements to be done.

A sales guy showed up, but wouldn’t give me a roof replacement quote without a 90-min long presentation were both home owners need to be present. He wouldn’t even look at my roof! Why!? Simple – they want to get you under pressure, will use a bunch of sales tactics, such as “we are the greatest company on Earth,” or “you have to sign a contract right now because we happen to have a promotion that expires tomorrow.” All very much like a timeshare presentation.
