We had Tyler come out for a roof repair very nice friendly young man .But I found out they don't do repairs on flat roofs so he caulked around our chimney where the caulk was coming off hopefully fix until our next appointment for inspection of the whole roof.I really hope it don't cost a lot so we can have PJ Fitzpatrick come back and do the job because no one else can stop the leak.
