You would think getting a quote would be easy. Trying to get a quote from these people is like pulling teeth. The repair guy said, "I will email you a quote before the end of the day." Nothing that day. I call because sometimes people get busy, understandable. They said they would have him reach out to me that day. They even confirmed both my phone number and email. Outstanding! The JP Fitzpatrick team arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. Josh, Dakota and Grant worked non-stop until the shower install was completed. And what a great job! Matt was great. Found the issues quickly, took pictures and showed me exactly what was causing the problem. Offered resolution and cost to fix on the spot. Very reasonable and was able to book my next appointment for the same week to repair the issue.
