Christian was awesome, personable, and even though the repair took a lot of thinking through he was vying for perfection. With these old gutters, there was no way it'd be perfect, but he went the extra mile and gave me great advice, answered questions, and clearly knew what he was doing.

Sadly I have to update my review. I had gutters replaced (so this doesn't at all update my review of Christian, he's still 5 stars).

During his original visit, he was attentive and allowed me to fully explain my warranty situation, and followed up within a week to make the repair.
