Steve came several weeks ago to repair some shingles, while he was on the roof he noticed our two vent covers that were installed when Fitzpatrick replaced our roof, made of plastic were deteriorating. He replaced the shingles told us about the vents and he would come back and install metal ones. He did do that today. He was very cordial both times he was here and seemed to really know what he was doing. I would highly recommend him.
