Very poor experience. We were given the runaround for months and repeatedly provided with inaccurate information regarding work commencing on a door we had ordered from the firm. We contracted to install a basement door in December 2021 and were told by the consultant Jeff Yearsley that the process would take about 12 weeks. Tyler inspected the problem with my roof leak and gave me several options to choose from on how to proceed. We discussed these options and Tyler professionally discussed my questions and concerns over each option until I felt I had sufficient I formation to make my decision. He then kept me updated with progress reports of how the repairs were progressing.
