We have a team that consists of fifteen different branches, including: Project managers; human resource officers; accounting and financial department; and experts within our vast fields of work. Our sales rep was attentive and answered all our questions. The installers Jim and Zach did an excellent job to fix a door that was incorrectly measured. The header needed to be cut by 1 1/2" to fit the door as it was measured to big for the opening. When we called to voice our concerns Patrick did not return our call but showed up at the job site and did not acknowledge us or apologize for the mistake. This mistake required a 2 day install.
