I had an issue with the shower seat, and they suggested replacing it with a seat that would solve the existing issues. Dave and Colin had the honors of replacing it and did a remarkable job. My French doors suddenly started not opening and closing properly, so I called PJs. I have always had excellent experiences with their various techs…UNTIL TODAY. From the moment Howard H. arrived, I could sense his attitude and hostility, and felt quite uncomfortable in his presence. At first, he told me there was nothing wrong with the door and started to leave. I had to demonstrate the issue to him.
