John was very courteous, professional and an excellent listener, a quality that is often missing in people who work with the public. He assessed damage that was most likely done to my cedar siding by a wild animal trying to get under roof. Although Fitzpatrick specializes in vinyl siding, we discussed how the repair could be completed if I can buy cedar trim from the supplier I got the original material from when I built the house 23 yrs ago. They were extremely polite and pleasant. Much care was taken to protect the floor from any foot traffic. They did a beautiful job of installing my new shower and left nothing out of place.
