I just got a call from a woman who works for this company and it sounded like she was reading from a script. I did not like her tone and or her response when I told her I wanted to wait and talk to someone else. She started lecturing me that all companies expect a diagnostic fee.

Holy cow. The service we requested was great by the guy who fixed our gutters. But then we asked them to call us the next day at a certain time to schedule a roof estimate. Six phone calls on two numbers the next day and multiple voicemails... I can appreciate a sales move. But that's too pushy for me. I'll consider changing the review, but right now, I'm just annoyed. recently I had John from PJ Fitz out to the house. he did a partial roof shingle and flashing job to correct a troublesome roof leak. Previously I had John to do a dead bolt lock instillation. on both occasions he was most professional. He was either on time or early. he took the time to get into the attic to correctly diagnose the roof leak. the attic entry was made difficult by lack of pull down stairs but he got in there any way.
