Very punctual and friendly but there was a lack of understanding and communication on the schedules part into terms of what I was asking for. The repair technician showed up and couldn't do or even provide an estimate for what I wanted. The tech did his best to help with what he could and got me rescheduled for the replacement services that I was requesting.
The tech called ahead to let us know he would arrive early, gave us an estimate with multiple options and within one hour fixed the side panels that blew off from a recent wind storm. The service I received was professional and convenient.
How can you expect someone to be available from 1200hrs to 1700hrs? I can't take off from making money to spend money. Clearly you can schedule me in the evening part of this parameter yet you neglect to offer any reasonable assistance. More like a cable company 🤣😞.
John came out to clean our gutters this morning. He was very professional, polite, and explained everything in detail. We will definitely use pj Fitzpatrick again in the future. Thanks John!
