Update: 6/22- Yesterday the siding came loose in a storm. We called and P.J. Fitzpatrick was able to send Kevin H. today. Kevin showed up on time, and was able to check the siding and re- attach it. Due to the age of the siding and that fact it is layered over old siding the installation hasn’t withstood the test of time. An appointment was scheduled within 24 hours of my online request for an estimate to performance work that required a three story ladder. Our gutter guard salesman got us to buy by telling us that they came with lifetime clean-outs however when we went to schedule our first appointment we found out that wasn't true. After a few calls we spoke to Mr. Fitzpatrick and he gave us clean-outs 2x/year for 5 years as compensation. 1 year in they have honored their pledge and I wanted to give them some positive feedback for standing by their employees word. They have done nice work too!
