Got the roof repaired on April 2025, chimney removal was not possible. Cameron Rock told us they will refund the money, waiting for that check it never arrive. To be exact the amount $1,100. I'm this closed 🤏 to contact legal team on this situation. Pretty sure the gutter got damaged as well. Customer service keep the situation on circle. Very frustrating with this company.

I got a roof repaired back in April 2025 and they did a great job on it. My problem comes from the HORRIBLE customer service and lack of refund. They over quoted me $1,100 for a chimney removal that turned out it was not possible to do, Cameron Rock told me if the chimney was not removed they will refund me the money, check would be sent via mail.
