The scheduler was very nice and friendly! The repairman, Mark was also nice, friendly and helpful. The repair was out of their realm, no charges incurred. I did schedule to have someone come for estimate on bathroom remodel. I am hoping all goes well with that. I felt comfortable staying with them in view of how the repair call was handled. Mark explained what all would need to be done and I could see it being more involved. Maybe during the remodel they will be able to take care of it.
