This company sent me a flyer for a free estimation as the crew of the company is coming to my area this week. So, I called the company, the lady told me they need to charge $65 visiting fee. When I mentioned the flyer mentioning a free estimate, she said she will give me a special favor this time. Today, when the company crew came to my home today, he told me he needs to charge an estimation fee of $190 or something like that. We are super pleased with the professionalism of the installers Michael D. and Quazon H. They were very friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and went over everything with us. It was a tough job! They completed it under 9 hours. I highly recommend. Update: While hanging my shower curtain I noticed what I thought was a hair alomg the edge. The warranty dept. has been extremely helpful with the purchase of my roof. We have had numerous items pop up and they have been addressed promptly and with technicians that do a great job explaining what’s going on. Today was no different. The tech fixed the issue and was polite, on time, and professional. The warranty is worth the money.
