There was an advertised special that wasn't honored, then I was given the choice of paying $100 more than the advertised special and get no warranty, or pay three times as much and get a warranty. It was a small job, took less than 40 min. It seems like he did a good job but Im not in a position to assess. He offered me an informal warranty.
The project was going well until I noticed pink styrofoam used as blocking to support a section of the shower surround. There was a section of the base that had water damage prior to the start of the project. I didn’t expect the contractor to repair this area, but I did expect them to install a suitable material to support the new shower assembly. For the cost of the project I thought a professional install was included
