Project for a small basement shower remodel started November 10th and now it’s December 22nd. So much for same “day installation” of an expensive Jacuzzi Brand shower. Twice now the mistakes by the company have delayed my shower, forced me to hire a cement contractor to do a rush job, as the company lost the custom shower pan and took 6 weeks to deliver a new one.
