PJ Fitzpatrick works with Jacuzzi to do one day tub to shower conversions, and this is how we came to use them. Rhe Sales rep, Anthony Kendall was fantastic. He did a great job of explaining everything and was very honest and upfront. I was also very happy with the in house installers that came to put up my door. They were polite and very efficient. I was not, however, happy with scheduling. They were very vague and not always accurate. Anthony was easily reachable and helped get my installation date scheduled at a very reasonable time. He was great!
