We are very satisfied with the work provided by the P.J.Fitzpatrick team. The sales team clearly explained what would be provided and didn't oversell the process. The project management coordination was clear and concise with what to expect and when. The installers did a great job. The only hiccup in the whole implementation was the delivery service from the supply company had the installers waiting for 2hrs to get started. It worked out well overall.

Our Shower installation occurred on August 4, 2025. We have many concerns: - Many of the things specified in the sales pitch, was different from the actual install. - Materials used were not discussed at the time of sale. - The rigidity of the product installed was nonexistent where the acrylic wrap meets the existing wall. - The existing floor was cut wider than needed for the shower pan leaving a gap. - The plywood backing forced the acrylic wall wrap to sit further out from the wall. - Lastly...
