Very professional in all aspects of their work
A different contractor installed new gutters and downspouts last year and already, I’ve encountered a problem this first winter. Mark D. came by to diagnose why there is ice building up which thaws, leaks and drips, causing icicles to form. The melting ice drips onto the driveway where it refreezes and can be dangerous. Mark quickly identified the problem and is scheduled to return on a warmer day for the necessary repairs.
Matt was the technician that came out to reattach/repair our siding that came off in the high windstorm gusts from last night. He was prompt, courteous, informative, and very professional both in demeanor and in handling the actual repairs.
