After frustration with a subpar installation by a third party company, I had contacted the warranty company which was PJ Fitzpatrick. They sent their team of 3 guys lead by Vincent DiConza. Last spring, we had the master bath shower replaced in our home. Suddenly, this past week, the plate behind the shower handle failed and was loose I contacted PJ Fitzpatrick about this problem and within the hour I was scheduled for the Bath Warranty Technician to check the problem out two days later.
