I signed up for a new shower through Costco, Jacuzzi and P.J. Fitzpatrick. After P.J. demolished the shower in October, they found the new pan was cracked. Installation was paused pending receipt of a new part. We waited, and waited and waited. It was supposed to show up December 24th. Nothing. I had to go to Costco to complain because P.J.
