The guy who came was very professional and helpful. He came on time, in fact he came early. They were able to schedule our appointment very quickly. My only criticism is that we were told over the phone we would receive a same day estimate but he couldn't provide that because he said they only do that when the roof is less than 400 square feet. We weren't told that over the Phone. He was able to show us pictures of the problems with the roof and what our course of action was. We did have to pay ... Read more
