AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE PJ Fitzpatrick's prices are outrageous, and their sales tactics are predatory. They will take up over an hour to do a quote, then try to offer you a "one-visit" discount. Don't fall for it. They quoted me over $32K for a 21-square roof. When I argued about how laughable the price was, they reduced it to $25K. Our initial visit was with Miles and he was very thorough in his presentation. The senior manager, Mark, also was great to work with and presented the final paperwork to sign.
