Positive Aspects:
The company was responsive during the estimate phase. Once the services were scheduled, the workers were prompt, respectful, and readily answered questions.
Areas for Improvement:
Contract Clarity and Itemization: The contract included a disclaimer stating that only written details are binding, yet it lacked crucial itemization. For instance, the siding estimate included a verbal promise of top-of-the-line insulation and a water barrier.... Read more
Crew showed a complete disregard for foliage around house, crew spoke only Spanish which made it practically impossible to communicate with them, and cleanup crew did a poor job of cleaning. Never got a good explanation of how things would be done.
I have had very positive experiences with the installation of my sliding door and replacement of the damaged screen slider at a later time. Technicians are punctual, do a good job, and clean up after themselves.
I have, however, had challenges getting call backs and have had to follow up numerous times on messages I’ve left. This is where I see an opportunity for improvement.
