Our front door was replaced . The truck delivered front door timely in spite of and many piles of snow and ice. They requested if they could put door in garage. They were very careful to place new door and other items in the garage . About two hours later , 2 gentlemen showed up to do the actual install. They request very politely if I could move my car so that their truck with all the tools could be placed in my driveway. I asked how long this was going to take and I was told about 3 hour... Our sales rep was attentive and answered all our questions. The installers Jim and Zach did an excellent job to fix a door that was incorrectly measured. The header needed to be cut by 1 1/2" to fit the door as it was measured to big for the opening. When we called to voice our concerns Patrick did not return our call but showed up at the job site and did not acknowledge us or apologize for the mistake. This mistake required a 2 day install.
