The job was not alloted enough time to perform, there were not enough workers or proper equipment to do the job. Cutting wood was done on the lawn leaving sawdust & small wooden scraps & wooden slivers. I picked up over 2 lbs of nails with a magnetic bar that were left on lawn around repair site along with other roofing debris the morning after the worker had declared the job was finished when it was dark at 6:15 Pm in 2nd week of December. Mr. Brad and Luzie really are gems! They were available at the earliest time for us. Super efficient, professional, and i felt very confident that the work was done with care. After telling Brad the prior work done, he knew just how to research and find " a needle in a haystack " . I was very relieved because a roof issue could haunt you for a long time if a professional just rushes through the job. So I thank them both moving so swiftly.
