Jason and Ethan who installed the shower were fantastic. Even Adam was excellent. The front office however was absolutely incompetent. The lady answering the phones was great, but no one ever called us back, returned checks were done wrong and pretty much ignored all our initial concerns.

The entire process from estimate to installation was a breeze. I went with the triple pane windows and wow what a difference they make! The installers were very professional. I listened to the salesman say what a professional company they are and there is no middleman - if I ever have a problem call them and they will take care of it. Windows were installed on 10/28.
