Fred came out today to fix an issue we had with water penetration we were having in the wall above a window between our kitchen and sunroom. Fred carefully reviewed our siding and roofing and determined the issue was related to step flashing that was not done properly by a prior roofing company we used. He did a temporary fix with caulking along the roof line where the flashing is to hopefully stop the water from coming in for now. We plan to get a permanent fix but want to address this with th... Out with the old tub and in with a new walkin shower. The installers were informative, friendly, hard working and super clean. It's amazing the whole job got done in 1 day. They replaced plumbing fixtures in the crawl space to ensure proper Drainage. In the am Brian explained, in order, what was going to get done step by step.
