I cancelled within the 3 day window in their own contract and still a month later have not received my deposit back. I have tried to call, chat, submit a form, email, everything. No one has contacted me back.

Al was prompt, courteous, and professional. We have a 30 year history of door shifts and adjustments during every year, both doors. This due to climate and wind exposure.
Now that I have a Life Line it it is critical that ENT's can get to lock box, key and open door. Otherwise break in very expensive doors.
Al realigned the door, adjusted hinges and quickly resolved. Now opens better than new. We had not been able to lock prior; feeling concerned of jamb.
