Thorough & efficient. Slight concerns with conversations overheard during demolition regarding "only done demolition on abandoned houses.. no clean demolitions " but it was done professionally. The work area was kept clean and orderly. House floors were protected. Cleanup was thorough! Was under impression from sales man that there would be no grout, yet there is and is not covered in the warranty. . I like to start by saying the guys who come and do the work are great and clean. The problem I have is communication with the company. You call and then get transferred to never never land where no one picks up and you leave a message and wait hours for a return call. I did get one where it rang 1 time and they hung up so they can say on record they called. No message was even left.
