Sales representative and installers were outstanding.
Originally called to have caulking replaced on a walk-in shower that was installed about 8 years ago. At that time an issue was observed with the side wall, so instead of replacing the caulk, they scheduled a complete replacement of the shower walls. Once the parts that were on back order came in, I was called and the installation/replacement was completed the next day!
Technicians were courteous, clean, and efficient.
Price couldn't have been any better, all the work was done under warranty.
Repair rep from PJ Fitz was very good. But problem has to be forwarded to the door manufacturer, so it remains to be seen if my door can be fixed.
