Filled out “free estimate” online. Came to my house. Gave me absurd pricing on certain items as well as indication that they could not fix the window I had contacted them about. They’ve mailed and emailed a 65 dollar diagnostic fee.
Initial call was for mold in the caulking that we could not remove. Colin arrived early. Explained the issues and what causes the mold in the grouting. Took him 45 minutes from the time he arrived till he left. The shower looks just like it did when we first had it installed. I would highly recommend Colin, he did an excellent job. He was polite, pleasant and professional.
