The job was finished in about 6 1/2 hours, as promised. One reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that it took 4 calls to customer service to schedule a return to correct a minor problem, but when contacted, Fitzpatrick was able to accommodate an expedited return given the need to use the newly installed shower.
