The workers who come to your house are great! The people in the office and at least one project manager was a problem! Scheduled changes without notification and the project manager had no idea what was going on. Seems like there is no communication between anyone in the office. We made two complaints because, they have a satisfaction garuntee. The first one was responded to and the second one was completely ignored!
