We’ve had a couple of private roofers come to our house because of small leaks to look at/fix in the 3 years that we’ve lived here. Did the leaks get fixed, yes, but were only band aides. Not one person asked to go up into the attic and get a look from the inside. Jose was the only one that asked to go into the attic.
