The overall experience was good and we like or new shower. The installers were courteous and the installation went well and even finished ahead of schedule.
The only issue we had was that at some point during the installation, someone cracked one of our floors tiles by the front corner of the shower pan between the pan and the toilet, but did not inform us of the damage.
